Ryan was never much for pacifiers when he was a baby. As luck would have it, neither is Alex. He just likes his fingers. No matter how fussy he appears to be, he can put a few fingers in his mouth and soothe himself to sleep. I don't know which is worse, pacifiers or fingers, but as far as I am concerned right now it doesn't matter.

How sweet is that? Hayden never took to a pacifier either. Some days I would pray for him to suck on one, but as luck would have it he would just spit it right out.
